Starting next week the Fifth Third mobile app will let you deposit cash the same way it already lets you deposit checks. All you have to do is select the deposit icon in the app and take a picture of the cash and it will be added to your account. “Fifth Third wants you to know we’re here for you in these tough times and this is one way we are demonstrating this, not everybody gets fat checks to deposit so adding mobile cash deposits was the next logical option.”
